Coach David Powers is a Clinical Psychology Ph.D (Candidate) that uses psychological techniques in CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, & Neural Plasticity building, to help individuals make a full recovery from psyche-med dependence. Powers created the Powers Manual fundamentals during his own journey as a clinical psyche student that became debilitated by valium (40mg for 10 years).
